1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using trencher.id, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use the service. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
2. Description of Service
trencher.id aggregates publicly available on-chain trading data from the Solana blockchain to generate a performance resume for traders. The service provides analytics, statistics, and visualizations of wallet activity. We do not execute trades or provide custody of any digital assets.
3. Wallet Connection
Users connect their Solana wallets to authenticate and access the platform. By connecting your wallet, you confirm that you are the authorized owner or operator of that wallet. We never request or store your private keys or seed phrases.
4. Account Registration
You may optionally link your X (Twitter) account to your Solana Resume profile for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts. Providing false or misleading identity information is prohibited.
5. User Content
On-chain data used by trencher.id is inherently public on the Solana blockchain. By using the service, you acknowledge that your trading activity, wallet balances, and transaction history may be displayed on your resume. You retain all rights to any content you create or configure within the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, code, and content of the trencher.id platform are the intellectual property of the project maintainers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Privacy
Your use of trencher.id is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
8. Disclaimers
trencher.id is not a financial advisory service and does not provide investment, trading, or financial advice of any kind. Historical trading performance displayed on the platform does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
trencher.id and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to the platform. You may stop using the service and disconnect your wallet at any time.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
